Kaunas, City of Design, will host the annual UNESCO Cities of Design subnetwork meeting 11-15 October 2022.
The programme of this subnetwork meeting explores the themes of DESIGNING THE HAPPY CITY and our opportunity to strengthen the role of design in transforming lost cities, spaces and identities. After war, climate disasters, global catastrophes, epidemics. We encourage design sector to raise their hands, design the flags and make voices of designers heard. We invite to share inspiring projects and ideas from your cities or countries.

The live event will take the format of public viewing and closed sessions and will be streamed online.
